How do u train a new cleaning lady?
What are important things to look for? Expect?
How much time do u give for training period?

I would also love to hear from all you experienced ladies out there. How can you know in the first few days, when things still take her so long, and she doesn't do things perfectly, that she has potential to learn and will be good. Or not.
