Does anyone have a good dairy free tuna or canned salmon casserole recipe please?

I make it with parve mushroom soup powder. Mix into boiling water to make a concentrated soup then add the rest of the ingredients (tuna, cooked noodles, peas). You can thicken it up if you want by whisking flour into the soup, and if it's not creamy enough you can whisk soy milk and flour over a low heat till thick and creamy. That's basically it. I've served it out of the pot or you can put it in a pan and bake with breadcrumbs sprayed with Pam.

Make it the way you would a parve quiche with mayonnaise and eggs.
So noodles, tuna, mayo, eggs, finely diced veggies, seasonings. Corn flake crumbs on top.

You can also use vegan/parve cheese( like tofutti, daiya), in case you are avoiding dairy but would actually want it.

Thank you. I made it like a quiche and I added spinach, mushrooms and hot pepper and it was a big hit.
Sephardim don't mix fish and dairy; I don't avoid dairy in general, just with fish.
