Has anyone developed a point reward system? If so, how did you do it with all kids? My step children are 10, 9, and 3. Any suggestions on how to do points and what they have to do to earn them would be awesome. Thanks!

A word of caution about point systems: for some children they may have the opposite effect than the one you're going for. Some children find it anxiety provoking (what do I have to do to get a point? Is she gonna remember to give me a point? Am I about to lose a point?) and some others feel micromanaged and become resentful and even oppositional. Yes, even with a well designed and structured professional program. I would proceed with caution.
