Can someone please help me find a makeup artist who is good. I want to look made up but not overdone.
Also I need someone who does hair well for girls?

Can't help you with the hair, but makeup, I totally recommend Gittel Berger. She's on the expensive side but does AMAZING work.
She has such talent and can do simple natural look to extravengant. Look her up on Instagram.

Chana Litwack is great for makeup that lasts but doesn't look overdone. We were very happy with her.
For hair, Mrs Lobel (I forget her first name) does a gorgeous, lasting job. No comparison to anyone else I've ever used. She has golden hands, and can do really intricate hair designs, and charges less than others - she enjoys what she does.

Ariella Zicherman does a really nice, natural job for makeup. Malky Spatz (Mendlowitz) lives 2 doors down and does an excellent job with girls hair for weddings.

Oh, my girls also love Malky. Though she never did their hair for a Simcha, she was their favorite for haircuts. DD says no one cuts as well as she does.
