I need to get a new washer and dryer. How do I make sure I'm getting something good. My only specification is that they be big. Otherwise I'm flexible and so confused.

Do you need them to be stackable, or side by side?

I can recommend the LG model I have, which is front loading, big and washes well. The style I have can be stacked with an additional piece that I bought.

In addition, I can tell you to stay away from Frigidaire models. I know many people who bought them for the price and sincerely regret it.
