Hi,
I have a harvest grains blend from trader Joe's; its couscous, orzo, baby garbanzo, and red quinoa.
I'd like to make it for a simcha- and I'm looking for a good recipe.

I've always made it the same way I prepare Israeli couscous - brown it with oil and onion soup mix and then add water to cook.

Thanx, Do you find that the beans get cooked soft enough that way?
