What is the best bank to use in central Jerusalem
Requirements:
Free student checking account
no fees for every silly transaction done
no fees for pulling money at a different banks ATM
Easy access online

all suggestions welcome
preference to bank that has a branch local like Geulah or even romema neighborhood.

Try Bank Discount. They have a million branches and free student checking. If you live in Jerusalem you shouldnt need to take out money from other atms cause they have so many branches. Their online system is also very good - except now they offer you a loan every time you log in Sad
