I'm surprised no one mentioned regular rubbing alcohol. I rub it on the sticker with a cotton ball. Works well.

This is the instructions I got from the guy at the china store. Spray with windex, let sit for 30 seconds, then wipe off with paper towels. No residue. Goo gone leaves oily residue and you have to rub hard and it stinks. Do it in batches of 15 dishes or so. As soon as your finished spraying, the 1st dish will be ready to be wiped.
