Does anyone know if there is a way to determine how much frozen broccoli is equivalent to a head of fresh broccoli? Or even the fresh pre checked but it comes in 12 oz packages so I am trying to figure out how many I would need to equal two heads of fresh.

Thanks! | With cauliflower, I spent a long time doing the measurements and finally determined that florets from 2 heads of cauliflower florets is equivalent to 24 oz. frozen florets (1.5 pounds). Works wonderfully in recipes I interchange.
