I need ideas on how to get a white out stain (correction pen) from a uniform skirt.

It's essentially paint and requires a solvent like Carbona. If it's very superficial, iow not absorbed into fibers but sitting on top, you can try scraping it off with the fine side of an emery board.

Goo gone. My dd came home on the 1st day off school with a full bottle of wite out all over a brand new uniform skirt. Followed the directions on the bottle. Worked perfectly. Good as new

You can also try a good quality nail polish remover. Helped remove paint from my boys pants.
