I attended a carnival where they had sufgajuyot, without any fillings. Kids got to fill their donuts with jelly, chocolate, caramel etc and put icing and sprinkles on top.

Arrange your own dreidel shaped napoleons.
Cupcakes with chanukah colored edible decoratives.
Decorate your own baked donut.

I have seen this being done with cakes and the kids work in groups, but you can maybe do it in cupcakes.
Give every dc a frosted cupcake (or marshmallow fluff) and a cup with candies, m&ms and sprinkles. Show them an artistically decorated cupcake with those decorations. They have one minute to study it and then they have to try to copy it.

I once did a really cute stained glass cookie idea.
Buy large cookies, marshmallow fluff or icing. And black food coloring markers.
Crush lollipops or hard candies, arrange different crushed candy in little cups.
Have the kids trace a desire pattern on the cookie. Cover with icing, have kids fit in crushed candy in the pattern. The end result looks like a real mosaic picture!
If you want to make it more fun, have them put the lollies in a bag and crush it with a meat tenderizer.
