I like to serve a larger course of fish/dips/salads and a smaller meat course for shabbos day. I have some free time this week so I am going to enjoying making some more dips. Can you all tell me if I can double these and freeze them since erev shabbos is so short these days?
1) Pureed white bean and roasted bell pepper spread
2) Olive tapenade (no mayo)
3) Matbucha
I would also love any suggestions for salads that are not so labor intensive or freezable that I can add to my list.
Thanks!

I would only freeze the matbucha. You may need to add spice when defrosting as spices mellow after freezing

I freeze matbucha all the time. I believe you can freeze all of the above.
