Hello mothers, me again! Did any of you take an apartment in Israel from abroad? Long-term, so we can get our lift with aliyah benefits - you need to show a 12-month contract to the customs officials to open a file...
Can you recommend an English-speaking lawyer to check the contract in Israel? Did they fax or email you a scanned copy of the contract to sign, or how does it work?

My husband found an apartment while on his pilot trip and rented it right then so he had a contract.

I am also wondering. We hope to do a pilot trip to set up schools and apartment but if we don't find one we will need friends to do it for us.
