I live in a small European town. there's only one robe shop here. I was looking for one for myself and im a big size. when she didnt have any I was stuck because there was no other place to go. So I thought to maybe start selling from home robes and maybe especially big sizes.
I have absolutely no clue how to even start.
Is there anyone doing this?
can anyone give me some tips? like how much do I have to invest? where do I buy the robes? what do I need to know? what do I have to ask?
I cant really go and ask advice to the lady who owns the shop?!
any advice appreciated!

Call one of the big stores in NY, and see if they want to make a deal with you and have her items sold in whatever city/country you are in. Try the Lingerie Shop in Brooklyn. They have several locations and may be willing to work with you. I don't have their contact info.

You might want to look into setting up an ebay store. I think it's around $20 a month. Customers generally pay postage.
