Peel and dice 5-6 cortland apples. Place in a lined 9x13. Add a handful or 2 of fresh cranberries for a tangy kick.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup ww flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, 3 T. sugar. Add oil until you get moist crumbs. Sprinkle on top of apples and bake at 375 for 1.5 hours.

INGREDIENTS
10 apples
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup rolled oats- can use quick oats
1/2 cup white unbleached flour - I use whole wheat only
1/2 cup WHOLESOME! ORGANIC SUCANAT- that is like brown sugar.
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped- I skip
1 stick butter, softened- I use olive oil
Delicious!!!!
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and slice apples
place them in a large bowl and mix with lemon juice and cinnamon.
Place apples in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Combine oats, flour, Sucanat, salt, cinnamon, and walnuts in a bowl. Mix the butter with your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Spread evenly on top of the apples.
Bake for 25 minutes at 375?F or until apples are soft and the topping is brown.
