I'm gonna try this. Last week I made a chicken lomein from a recipe I got here. everyone loved it but it was a big hassle and I had so much to wash. (and had to cut up so many veggies) this looks so easy and mess free.

I know this is an old thread but was just wondering if anyone's made it. It seems like a lot of cooking of the pasta... I don't like "mushy" pasta

I make this all the time. I don't find the pasta to be mushy. It's so easy to make and always a big hit

Never made this specific recipe, but have made similar ones, and they are great. The spaghetti consistency doesnt taste like it cooked for an hour at all. Its different when it bakes in the oven and cooks in a pot with water for that long.
