Cut out dairy.

See if she's hungry and may need formula.

In a quite well ventilated room, put her on her stomach to sleep.

A hungry child will yell. Of course breast is best, but getting enough food is necessary. Nature isn't always perfect, or nobody would need eyeglasses. We can help nature when necessary.

And a child whose spine hurts because of back sleeping will yell.

I have a 5 month old with severe reflux and we went through similar issues. Now I am on a crazy diet. I am off of dairy, gluten, gluten free grains, soy, nuts, chocolate, most vegetables... If you want help with going the diet route let me know and I will be more than happy to help you. It will take too long to type if you are not intersted in it. If it will help you I will be happy to type it.
