Gitzya, Gula. I just want to mention I know a girl Genendel, who's nickname is "Gendy"- I think it's cute.

I think Geffen is used for a boy.
Personally I don't like names of fruits for people, like why Geffen and not Rimon or Tapuz? Before you know it we will be calling our kids Melafefon.

The only Gefen I know is a girl. Some fruit names are not considered weird. Like Tamar, of course.
