How do I add a new baby to Medicaid/Jersey Care insurance?
There is a number to call on their paperwork for questions but all I get is a machine and I find that these government offices don't call back too quickly.
Is there a specific way to do it, online or a number I should call?
I think I need to get the baby on as soon as possible, right?
