I am on a diet for 4 weeks already! !! I can't deal with the food cravings!! I want to eat everything!

I know exactly how you feel! 4 weeks is amazing! Keep it up and do somthing else instead! Think your body did not need that food and once it's return the pleasure is gone and you'll be v upset you had it.

It helps me to have zero sugar or similiar including no artificial sweeteners. Book: it starts with food (pretty sciency yet a smooth read).
