Last I read (a few days ago) the family was upset that people had been circulating allegedly false photos and inaccurate reports of the baby's condition on FB and other social media. They are very grateful for all the davening that people did and are doing on his behalf but they asked that their privacy be respected.
The reports seem to indicate that he is recovering in the hospital, but that is all I know.
