Is it allowed to use someones credit card
to purchase something for a discount?

Why not? I think there is halachik issue with interest charges but you cut that out if you pay bill right away.

Why not have the card owner buy the item and have it delivered to you?

my question is is it allowed to use the card in order to get the item for cheaper
the code is only for people who have the credit card
