I got this one from the site a few years ago and now I know it by heart. We love it! I'm going to paste the original here (I don't know how to actually make official quotes):
"I have made this one in the bread machine for quite a few years. We used to get enough challah from one batch but lately I have been doing 2 batches. this week, I tried going 1 1/2 times the recipe.
From one batch, you can get 2 decent sized challahs.
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2.5 tsp salt
2 tsp honey
2 eggs
4 cups flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
Put in bread machine in above order. Put on dough cycle. I usually keep it in for longer. Shape, let rise again, egg wash, bake for about half an hour at 350."
Just a note: I always end up adding more flour because it's always pretty sticky. I think it ends up being about 5 cups of flour.
Good luck!
