Hi,
I am leaving my job and my boss asked me to find a replacement. Its a secretary job involving real estate management as well as some other things. Ten hours a week.

Does one require experience or knowledge of real estate management or is it the kind of thing you can do with on-the-job training? I know someone looking for a job who might very well turn out to be good at this but does not have specific training in this area.

You don't need specific training, just prior work experience and knowledge of word and excel.
