I have extra whipped Rich's whip and want to make it into something. Ideally coffee flavored mousse. Can I just add some instant coffee (in hot water)?

There are mousse recipes with whip that you can just add coffee to for flavor.
I would probably add some vanilla extract, cocoa powder and coffee granules dissolved in a drop of water, maybe some liqueur/bourbon and if you want a really rich flavor some tofutti cream cheese.
