So last night my husband confessed to me that he likes quinoa and spinach. Is that normal, or should I make him go to a therapist? Smile

Do you need recipes or he likes the Pereg Quinoa and Spinach that all you need to do is cook? Now serve it every day. I think he will be cured quickly.

I might have to join his therapy session! Can you please give me a recipe for quinoa and spinach? I would love that too! I have two packs of quinoa at home and have no clue what to make with it.

Here's what to do: go to Costco and get the huge bag of quiona. After making it a few times he'll probably change his mind and decide he doesn't like it anymore (well that's what happened to me , with my child ).

Wow, I can tell its way past my bedtime; I read that's what happened to me, with my child and was hoping you were joking!!! For a sec I thought you meant you had your child too much so started not to like him. Then (and in my defense, I think it was about 5 seconds, not longer!) I realized your child started not to like quinoa anymore 😀

He needs to get into a 12 step program asap. And you should join too, they can teach you how to deal with it.

So it's getting worse... he started going to a 12 step program (" hi I'm chayalas husband and I'm an healthy eater") and started eating junk and cookies, but I noticed him slipping raisins into his oatmeal cookies. Does that mean he relapsed?"

There are great recipes where you can sneak unhealthy things itno 'healthy' dishes. Like carrot muffins with 3 cups of sugar and sweet kugels with rich whip and margarine. I would start like that, make sure to get the stuff into him. It would be much be harder and slower to change his habits and preferences, IMHO.

Warn him that quinoa has lots of protein and spinach helps strengthen muscles.
That might turn him off. I know it did for my husband. He quit cold turkey!

I'm amazed there are so many replies yet no one has thought of telling the OP to get tested immediately for STDs.
