I have frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and they were delicious when defrosted. I Usually freeeze the bread first as it is easier to spread them on frozen bread, and then wrap each sandwich in wax paper put in a ziplock sandwich bag.I do a whole loaf of whole wheat bread at a time. I have never tried to freeze tuna or egg salad but have read that things with mayo do not freeze well

Tuna sandwiches freeze nicely but need to be used within a week or two.
Deli sandwiches freeze wonderfully too.

When she was in elementary school, DD used to take sliced salami and a loaf of bread and make a whole package of sandwiches to last a while and froze them, and just took out one a day (very big family -- if my kids want a specialized lunch it was do it yourself). She still talks about it.

Nothing with mayo, mayo is unsafe if frozen so no tuna or egg
Cream cheese can be frozen, consistency becomes slightly less creamy but if it's already spread in the sandwich it shouldn't affect taste
Hummus on its own freezes perfectly so prob in sandwich too
Tahini if no mayo should be OK

Processed mayo is not unsafe to freeze (as opposed to homemade raw mayo) but breaks down when frozen and tastes yucky a lot of the time.

Pasta freezes OK but only tastes good of used within 2 weeks. I find that time orzo pasta freezes better than the others and lasts a while.
