Hi I'm looking to purchase a cookware set for fleishig. Anyone has or is familiar with the Cuisinart multiclad pro?? I'm wondering if I'm making the right decision. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

Yes, I own it. Excellent cookware, good weight, and for the most part the handles stay cool!

I want to make sure the food doesn't stick or burn..is it made out of good material?

It cleans well in the dishwasher.

I use Pam to prevent sticking. Cuisinart Multi-clad is aluminum inside stainless, and in general, it's best to use a lower heat with stainless cookware.

The material quality is excellent. The stainless-aluminum-stainless sandwich, going up the sides as well as on the bottom, really improves heat distribution. I own a stockpot from Cuisinart's Contour line, and Multi-clad is significantly heavier than Contour or Cuisinart Cook's Classics.

Many moons ago I owned some Caphalon. My recollection is that the handles on Caphalon got really hot, but that was 20+ years ago and the design may have changed since then. My practical experience with Caphalon is too long ago to comment intelligently.
