My child goes off of his school bus to a babysitter. I pick him up about 2.5 hrs later.

Can you hire a babysitter (maybe a college girl) to pick your child up/meet his bus and take him back to your home? Or find a babysitter in your area and have a bus drop him off there.

There are no college students in my area. Regular high schools let out an hour after daycare. I haven't found one sitter who is willing to do an hour and a half at that time of the day.
The emoji says wits end.

I use the same sitter that baby sat for my DS since he was 6 weeks old....she was sort of retired when I asked her to do this for me, and since I really needed her to be committed I pay her double the amount she takes for babysitting...so I really end up earning much less those last couple hours of my day...it's the only way I could do it.
