One of my daughters wants to dress up as marry poppins. Im just not sure how to pull it off. She has a very long black skirt. That will work. But other than that, how can I do it. We have no straw hat, no big bag, no victorian shirt. Are there any ways to make these things? Or do you all think the easiest way would be to buy these things online?

you can use any white blouse and an red bow tie or tie a red ribbon around the neck in a bow....if you google images of diy mary popins most don't use victorian shirts
I think any of the black bowler hats they sell around purim time should work-like these

and then hot glue a red cherry and white flowers ( you should be able to find them in michaels type craft store)
The bag is tough. Maybe go to your local thrift shop to see if they have something.... Or look on ebay....

Are u in Israel?
you can go to any of the trashy stores on yaffo and get any big bag- it doesn't need to be a carpet bag, just big bag...
Around purim time you can get a black bowler hat, white gloves, red bow
you can find fake flowers for the hat in the sewing stores on yaffo, maybe make them out of felt?
You can make a parrot head for the umbrella out of felt to....

The Meduim is like a size 2
