I am making supper for a neighbor who had a baby. This is what I was going to send. Is it enough?
Falafel balls (homeade)
Pita
Israeli salad
Chummus
Techina
Baked crispy eggplant
Regular abd spicy fries
Split pea soup.

Sounds good to me! 
You can always add dessert if you want. Fresh cut fruit or ice cream or something baked is nice. But not needed.

If I have time was going to bake cookies also.
If I get to a store then maybe some fruit as well.

Great menu! It is only missing dessert. Maybe some fruit?
I usually send a bottle of juice with meals, but beverages might be considered optional.
