I'm helping to make the Shalom Zachor for my nephew.
Besides for beer and chickpeas what are other good things to make?

You put out pretzels, popcorn, fruits , nuts and chocolates as well. LOTs of beer and chickpeas though.

What goes over big here is real food: cholent, kugel, chicken fingers, etc. DS served that kind of stuff and that is what went over.
