So!! I grew up with a mom that yelled a lot! ALOT! Promised myself never to yell. But guess I do have a little of moms nature. And if kids (2 little girls) do test my nerves I yell. Than I regret it . Feel so guilty. How do I help myself not to scream? How ?

Screaming usually stems from lack of a better plan. Read parenting books or take a class and get some good ideas of how to deal with children without yelling and then you won't have to resort to that- or at least not as much.

Sarah Chana Radcliffe has a book about raising your kids without raising your voice.
I heard her speak last week. She was excellent.
