I've never traveled with a newborn before. Looking for tips to make it easier. I'll have all my kids with me as well and am looking for ways to keep my hands open. Is a baby carrier helpful? I'll be bringing a stroller and checking in a carseat. Will the carseat get damaged from checking in under the plane? Should I put it in a box?
How do I help my kids if im holding a baby the whole time on the plane?

I can't answer most of your questions other than saying that a baby carrier is tremendously helpful.

I want to second previous poster,
I went on vacation with my baby, the baby carrier was the best thing! Both me and my husband were able to carry him.
Will your husband be with you help you?

For flying, make sure to reserve a bassinet!

Besides for having where to put the baby, you also get much more leg room.

I've seen this advertised and thought it was ingenious-

Never used it myself but looks like it can be helpful. This is obviously if you don't have a bassinet on the plane, which by the way I don't think there is such an option if you are flying nationally.

If you bottle feed I recommend disposable bottle liners/ bags. That way you only take one bottle and you don't have to wash it.
