ISO traditional name to go with Shimon [pronounced the ashkanazi/chassidish way, as in shimon bar yochai, where we davened for him]
Would like it to mean comfort or blessing or something along those lines. I'm thinking: Shimon Nachum, Asher Shimon...my husband likes Naftali Shimon...any ideas?

Boys names we know people with/considered with the same shoresh as Nachum- Nechemia, Menachem, Nachman, Tanchum. (We ended up with a Nechama, go figure!)
Shimon Baruch sounds nice, IMO.
