I am looking for a sanwich with grilled vegies and cheese where the bread is.crispyish but the sandwich is soft. basically that perfect grilled cheese but with grilled vegies and no tomato sauce. I dont have a.sanwich maker or panini maker. all I have is frying pan and toaster. can anyone help me here and please give detailed instructions. thanks.

Butter the insides and outsides of the breads and fry when the pan is really hot. Delicious.
