Well, since Purim is Thursday this year, why not bake Challos and give wine or grape juice, maybe with candles or candlesticks.
You can write something about the mitzvos of a women, and a kallah bringing bracha into the home.
If that's Not for you, you can give a salad and write something about a kallah going on a diet to fit into her gown.
I always like giving real food...

Today is such a special one
From the moment that we could see the sun
My girls were ready at the crack of dawn
Getting ready and putting make-up on
A bride has so much to do in her day
Special tefillos she has to say
Then adjusting her gown, these last minute things matter
Watch out for red wine, we hate it to splatter
The veil it has to look just right
Not glancing at food, not even a bite
This day for the kallah is certainly the best
So much to do, and no time for a rest
But the bride in her busy day wanted you to know
Though to the choupa everyone will show
It will all have to wait, while she comes to your door
Even if the sky decides it must pour
The mother in law she’ll just have to wait
While the bride gives you the delicious plate
It really matters on this Purim day
That you get the best and I have to say
Never before did 2 brides look so sweet
Offering the hungry something special to eat
