Do u freeze it or just a keep it in the fridge until shabbos?

Just refrigerate it, for sure. same with soup and fish. the only thing I wouldn't do Wed. is chicken, but I've prepared it, frozen it raw, and baked it on Fri. Let us know after Shabbos how e/t was!

Sometimes I'll make a 9x13 potato kugel Wednesday night and then overnight it Thursday night. Tastes perfectly fresh that way
