I am looking for a recipe with zuchinni that is not saucy or have wheat. Preferably a kugel type recipe as my kids are more likely to eat something that doesnt resemble a zuchinni

Would they eat zuchinni fries? Keep them on the firm side, with mild spices.

I have a zuchinni casserole that has a couple of spoons of flour that can be replaced with corn startch or alternative flour. It's cooked zuchinni, mashed and mixed with eggs, salt, pepper, onion powder and sugar. We put in diced onions, but you can skip that. Mix and bake until set. I don't have a recipe- sorry. It scoops more than it cuts though.
