Every time I sit down to nurse my baby. It helps me relax. The total number of hours is not as much as the number of times I log in.

I always check in and say, no more than ten minutes!
Two hours later, I am deep in middle of a hypothetical theological discussion from 2009.

I check imamother on my phone intermittently throughout the day-
if I have a few minutes to sit and relax,
or if I need to distract myself from worrying about something,
or if im bored,
but mostly for the first reason I listed- to relax when I have a few minutes to do so.
I dont stay for long at a time, im in and out

I'm actually addicted. Every couple weeks I get mad at myself and decide that I'm never going on again. Sometimes it lasts a day, sometimes a week, and a couple times it lasted a few months. But here I am again....

I'm not on for a certain amount of hours, but often. Scratch that! I used to very often, but now I've cut it down to once or twice a day.

A lot, but that's because I'm a wahm. If I had a job outside the home, or on days I'm busy, it's a lot less.
