It would be a disagree button not a dislike. If you want we can phrase it even softer:
I have a different opinion button
I hold otherwise button
Let's agree to disagree button
I do not share your view on this button

ok im for sure missing something. what's wrong with the hugs? I didn't get the poll either. like who clicks hug unless they're showing care/sympathy (or just being weird) or of course the person asked for hugs (see above!) and if you're getting hugs from the people who are just being weird..then ...umm... who cares?
ya? am I missing something?
