Unprocessed apple juice.
Unless they mean the alcoholic type.

Apple cider, nonalcoholic, but what is unprocessed? Can I buy it?

Sold in the refrigerator section of large supermarkets, alongside orange juice.
Devash and Golden flow are the heimish companies that make it.

We love apple cider. I buy some every fall/winter. It's good to drink plain but even better heated. For a quick drink I just zap a mug of cider in the microwave, but it's even better warmed in a pot with a cinnamon stick (mulled cider).
I also cook with cider. I cut acorn squash in half, scoop out the seeds, and put cider and spices in the hollow part and bake in the oven. I also cook chicken in cider. It comes out very moist and slightly sweet without all the extra sugar that some recipes call for.
