I'm thinking of trying something new and different and decided to make for Shabbos chicken pockets with rice.... what is good to make besides that?

Its chicken cutlets with pastry and you put rice in it. Its really good. My mother makes it all the time but being that I am learning my way around the kitchen since I had an injury it will be my first time doing something like this
