What exactly does "natural pasture" mean?
Is it just the name of the company,
Or are the animals grass fed and able to roam in open fields?

Tevya's Ranch has various different meats labeled
Natural pasture
Grain fed
Grain finished

Do not assume that anything is free range unless it says so. Straight up literal meanings here. Better than other meats if we can't afford the full on organic stuff.

Grain finished is the only imported meat I buy. Grain finished means the cows were in natural pastures and then last few months were fed grain feed. Grain finished beef has more marbling and tastes better. (Other imported beef is dry.)

Try it and let us know. If it isn't grain finished (does it say?) then I find it dry and light colored once cooked.
