I think I remember someone saying that Wolf and Lamb was accommodating for SCD. Why don't you call and find out?

I have had good luck with wolf and lamb in brooklyn, no experience in manhattan. definitely call before going.

I have found Abigael's to be quite accommodating with another specific dietary needs, so I would call and ask them about this.
