Which computer program is great for drawing and coloring (cartoons, storybooks, comics etc)? I'm also looking to get one of those drawing tablets that connect to the computer/program for editing.
Any and all info is appreciated.

Wacom displays seem pretty popular, but I can't comment on them specifically.
Have you considered a Surface Pro? My cousin's daughter uses one for illustration and loves it. I can't remember the name of the program she uses but I'll ask if I have a chance. If there's a Microsoft Store or Best Buy or whatever near you, check it out and try drawing on it. I use it for a different specific purpose and I like it.
