I cook in tomato sauce (with a bit of sugar) delicious and falls right off the bone (not fancy, supper but very good)

I put wings in a pot, sometimes put rice under it. I put spices (whatever I feel like) sometimes sauce, I squeeze orange on top and put some water in the pot so nothing burns and let it cook for an hour and a half.

Doesn't the skin get all slimy and gross if you stew them?

Last week, I deep fried wings and then made a maple mustard sauce, tossed them in it and threw them briefly in the oven to evaporate a bit of the moisture. Big hit! Google maple mustard wings

if you can't broil them ... fry them

make a hot & spicy dipping sauce with olive oil, fresh garlic, garlic powder, ketchup & sriracha [if you like you can add a little mayo - I don't like]

I just sauté them in a pan, no spices or sauces at all, they come out so crispy and delicious.

Really good meat shouldn't need sauce to drown the flavor...I love dipping sauce for chicken cutlets because those are really plain but chicken wings are so oily and tasty! They come with their own "sauce."

you are right about the food not needing sauce ... however, I can't agree with no spices during cooking ...

ironically I grill chicken cutlets to perfection & need no sauce ...
