What pan do you use to roast vegetable?
It's so easy and healthy to cook but it takes me ages to scrub the cookie sheets I use.
Any advice
TIA

I use a cookie sheet. To make clean up real easy I line the pan with foil or parchment paper. When done I just throw out the foil and rinse off the cookie sheet.

I use a baking pan with short sides. I always line with parchment paper.

I use a half sheet pan. I don't find cookie sheets work as well. I use parchment paper to line the pan and then rinse with hot water and soap after. They don't get super clean unless you can dishwasher them.

A half sheet pan has very low sides so the veggies don't slide off like they can with a Cookie pan. Cookie pans are usually thinner but you want your roasting pan to be thicker to retain heat since you want your veggies to get very hot but you don't want your cookies to get so hot. ( I am not a scientist so maybe that doesn't make any sense but it makes sense in my head 😀).

New amother here. I'd love a glass or ceramic dish that is dishwasher safe that is the size of a half sheet pan for roasting vegetables. Any suggestions?

I would stick to metal. Pyrex is not meant for such high heat. I have never seen a ceramic half sheet.

I once had a Pyrex baking pan break in the oven. When I contacted the company they said I needed to add liquid to prevent it from breaking.

I actually have a corningware dish inherited from my mom that is almost the size of a half sheet but the sides come up higher, about 1 1/4 inches. I'd love something like that as it seems to handle high heat very well but I understand that corningware uses inferior quality materials these days.
Would you know of a metal half sheet that is dishwasher safe?

Yes. Higher than 420 it can burn. Always trim the edges.
