Shabbos shoes seem to be multi colored this season, like brown with blue, gray with turquoise, etc

This is what boys are wearing? Yellow? Coral? Dear gd. Who comes up with these ideas?

Don't make fun of me embarrassed or you can if you want to. I don't care all that much. I dress my boys the way I want and I think they look gorgeous. But anyway, it's European fashion designers that make up the styles.

I'm not making fun of you. Smile Just asking where the local stores take their ideas from.

Boro park styles for boys tend to be feminine. The styles are very European, not American.

But you can go in to any of these shoe stores or clothing stores and usually find something a little more boyish. Just look around and be discerning.

The local stores buy most of the clothing from European companies. Their Jewish companies that they sell, copy the European companies.

I think it's nice that boys are wearing some color. (Though I'll admit that was not my immediate reaction. 😈)

My sons ages 2 and 3 have 3 colors on their shoes, grey, tan and an off blue. Shoe design is a classic style. 3 pairs of shorts: 1 grey, 1 burnt orange and 1 light turquoise. Shirts are all multi/patterns of several colors, coordinating to their shorts. I got 2 long pants for the next few weeks are still chilly 1 pair of grey that matches all their shorts and 1 teal pants with a grey and white sweater. Teal was really a winter color but the pants are thin and 1/2 price since from last years stock so hey that worked for me

My boys have simple black shabbat shoes. I don't know if they are "in," but they look nice, are comfortable, and go with everything.
