that's a very general question.
what would you like to do? how do you normally celebrate? are you into the idea of a "sweet sixteen" ? is this just for the 2 of you or is it for her peers as well ?

take her out for a special day just mom & daughter ... get your nails done, buy some flowers, present her with a ring or other jewelry, do things together she'll remember fondly for forever ...
